Introduction

Since I am new here, I thought I would take a minute to introduce myself.

My name is Tia and I am a 45-year-old, WAHM. I am a single mom to THE best little man ever. He will be six the end of June. We recently moved back to our home state of Washington from Colorado. Still adjusting to being back here but so far settling in.

I have been a Medical Language Specialist for 21 years and an Independent Paralegal for 19 years. I am lucky to be able to work from home and spend time with my little guy. I have been digiscrapping for five years and am a complete addict. I create for many designers and also design my own digital kits. Scrapping gives me a sense of calm when I am otherwise at my wit's end. It is a great stress reliever!

I am so happy to be here and can't wait to become familiar with all of you!

I will introduce myself as well!

I am 33 years old and have been married for 6 1/2 years. We have a little boy that is 19 months old and he is my world! When I am not being a mom or scrapping, I am a full time Medical Coder for the Pediatric Department at the University of Utah. I have been a coder for 7 years, but in the medical billing field for 13 years.

I am also an addict and my husband thinks I may need an intervention, but I just keep telling him that it makes me happy and is a big time stress reliever! I am so excited to be part of this team and can't wait to work with more of Heather's amazing kits and to see all of your LO's! I am sure I will learn a ton from all of you and get a lot of inspiration from being a part of this great team!

I'm a medical transcriptionist. However, I am hoping to swith to the medical billing side of things since my sister owns a medical billing company. How do you like it?

I love it! Right now I am coding for Hematology/Oncology and Cardiology with Critical Care on the side. My favorite is Cardiology because I love the procedure part of it, but all around I really do love all of it.

I think that's great that you are thinking of getting into it! It is something that is always changing and will always keep your mind going!

Hi Tia and Amy - I will introduce myself as well. I am an attorney for a large retailer in the Chicago area. I have 2 beautiful daughters - Lydia is 2 and Lexi is 7 months. I just recently started digital scrapping, so I can't wait to learn more techniques.
